The federation has its own lac factory situated at Sidroll, Namkum with all necessary infrastructure for Lac processing and production of different lac value added products like Seedlac, Button Lac, Lac Sealing Stick, Aleuritic acid etc. The factory campus is spread over approx. 10 acres of land at Ranchi-Tata NH-33, Jharkhand.

It has a established Lac Value Addition and training centre It shall be the first state of art infrastructure for training and promotion of different lac based products and other allied Research & Development unit for Manufacturing, Packaging & Branding and Marketing.
